Return Policy

Returns:

If you wish to return an item you purchased from GlassyCat Inc, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to GlassyCat Inc. We will assess a standard restocking fee of 15% for items returned. Credit for the item will not be issued until GlassyCat Inc receives the item in its original condition. We will not accept items that are returned without notice. All returns must have a GlassyCat Inc return Authorization number (RMA) on the box.

Damages:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days after the item is received. DO NOT ship this item back to us, as we will not accept items returned without notice. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value, or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item.
